Stakeholder Map v2.0

Following the team progress meeting on the 01.10.2010 a number of issues regarding the manner in which the project could develop were brought to light. The key areas that were identified by the group which addressed how the team could best aid the school in realising existing goals,or pursuing new ideas for the live project included:

1. Linking with the senior school

2. Linking with the parents

3. Linking to the City Centre

In order to establish the best course of action it was agreed that mapping the 'Journey' of the Praise Pod could help in identifying links between existing schemes success in their 'Local Context' offset with the 'City Context' and potential 'National Context'.

The Attached Stakeholder map was devised as a means of exploring the bodies involved currently with the scheme, and the potential involvement of further individuals and organisations. Dan h looked at a number of graphical means to demonstrate this idea.
